The breakfast was reasonably good and plentiful and the parking was nearby. The staff were helpful and hospitable all the time. The property's location was peaceful, back up to the gondola. Moreover, it's short walk to buffet style restaurant which provides a great selection of food for breakfast and dinner, the center and the beautiful forest.

The staff is nice and helpful. The bedlinen is clean. The cuisine is variable and delicious. Good price for what you get.

The pool was great. I had strong drinks in the terrace bar. - the hotel had a central setting on lower slopes. - It was right by bars, restaurants, ski lifts, and the center of the beautiful forest.

the location was perfect. Situated on a very quiet street in Borovets old town, it provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Yet, it was just a short five-minute walk away from the gondola, allowing for easy access to the slopes. Additionally, the attention to detail in this hotel was impressive. The rooms were kept immaculately clean and had beautiful Mountain Views. The basic amenities were provided, including an extra bed which was a great convenience. Moreover, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service, always willing to help with any queries or concerns. Lastly, the breakfast offered various options and was a great way to start the day.

The breakfast spread had many choices and the food was nicely presented, while the hotel was conveniently located near ski resorts and the city center.

The value for money at Hotel Bor was incredible, exceeding my expectations. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary furnishings. The staff were professional and pleasant, treating us like family. The location was great, with a manageable 10-minute walk to the ski area and a peaceful atmosphere in the forest.

The breakfast experience could be improved by offering more variety and fruit options, as having the same scrambled eggs every day for a week became repetitive.
